• Cutting board (wood is best)

• Large, sharp knife

• Lemon juicer

• Serving bowl

Ingredients

• Mushrooms,

• Green onion

• Garlic, if desired

• Lemon

• Red wine vinegar (or, Balsamic vinegar for a sweeter flavor)

• Italian herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme)

• Fresh parsley or cilantro

• Olive oil (extra virgin cold pressed)

• Braggs Amino Acids (or soy sauce)
