Preferred Tools for zucchini noodles

• Cutting board (Wood is best)

• Large, sharp knife

• Spiralizer (Lurch "Spiralo" is shown)

• Hand food chopper

Ingredients for zucchini noodles:

• Medium zucchini squash (or crookneck)

• White or yellow onion

• Tomatoes

• Zucchetti Sauce (see below)

• Mushroom Marinate topping
